On The Cutting Edge of Yesterday

I can’t stand it when people use pictures of themselves with other people’s babies as their avatar.  It just wastes time.  I could be looking at someone else’s wedding dress instead of tracking down some stranger’s baby.

It’s really difficult to get motivated to change your life.  Especially when you really liked your old life and you’re just not sure if it’s coming back.

One week after a funeral, these shoes are out on the neighbor’s stoop.

Went to Brimfield this weekend with my family.  I was looking for furniture, but I didn’t see anything that was perfect.  I was really hoping to bring home a Deco vanity, but I did bring home some other amazing finds.  My favorite is the green ladies’ traveling case, the fully functional medium format Zeiss Ikoflex camera, and another not pictured top secret Christmas gift.

Also pictured, two aprons, two vintage slips, four hankies, buttons, buttons, more vintage and antique buttons, vintage basket purse, vintage navy blue clutch, antique typewriter keys, a pair of gloves, antique book from 1885 “City Ballads” by Will Carleton, empty metal frame, vintage lace trim, vintage French romance post cards, small darning egg, two vintage zippers, wooden thread spools, framed “Greatest Moments” set (slightly damaged), and the silver plate flat spoon spreader (perfect for making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with only one utensil).

The beginning of this routine makes me think of Spy Vs. Spy. Also include, mini laser dance.

Janette is simply liquid.  I think she is my favorite.
