On The Cutting Edge of Yesterday

Dear Marco,

I did what you asked me to do and made a template of my new theme in Photoshop. Now all I need is that amazing website-ish skill you have and I can finally be on the road to cool custom theme town.

Love,
Tiff

Every time we get a basil plant it dies.  Why?

Every time we get a basil plant it dies.  Why?

  1. mareen answered: i believe it just does not get enough real light at your apt.
  2. haloone answered: plants are telepathic, you need to think about the basil more, say nice things to it…and clip it every week..
  3. kate-elizabeth answered: Seconding the bit about the outdoors. Our basil looked like that until we got it into a bigger pot, outdoors, with plenty of water.
  4. thebeerpirate answered: Use a BIG pot, lots of sunshine and real careful with the water. You can save that sucker!
  5. dougmacy answered: I haven’t found they do well in indoors. I’ve always done better keeping them outside and planting in the ground if possible.
  6. r2witco answered: That pot looks a little small for the size of the plant. Maybe the roots don’t have enough room.
  7. insertname answered: sufficient water? insufficient water? sunlight? alkalinity? nutrients? ?
  8. squashed answered: They’re a meditteranean plant—so the first hing of a chill kills. Also, your plants look like they’re crowding eachother out.
  9. iansanity answered: Simple. Basil hates you. EOF.
